Amber apologizes and mentions they had previously been having a nice morning before asking if Johnny had drank the empty wine bottle on the counter. Johnny then swipes the phone after realizing he is being filmed.
The videotaped incident is said to have occurred months before the altercation where Amber claims Johnny struck her.
Sources tell TMZ that the video is “heavily edited” and was a complete set up by Amber, missing portions where she eggs him on.
TMZ also notes that the video will most likely not be admissible in court if it is edited and because Johnny did not know he was being filmed.
