Chris Brown Faces New Assault Charge

Reports says Chris Brown was involved in a club fight in Florida where a photographer claimed he was punched by the singer.

According to the photographer, he received a “sucker punched” from Chris Brown during a nightclub show hosted by Chris Brown.

Police in Florida are currently  investigating the incident.
The Police spokesman Stephen Hegarty says...
the 28 years old Bennie Vines Jr. was hired by AJA Channelside  Night Club to take photos during the event.

Vines told officers that while he was snapping photos early Monday, Brown punched him. Brown was gone by the time officers arrived. Vines refused medical treatment and told officers he wants to prosecute because of a minor lip cut.
