Lagos Celebrates It 50th Anniversary in Style

The Lagos State Governor 'Akinwunmi Ambode' and fellow Lagosians celebrates 'Lagos at 50' yesterday at the Tafawa Balewa square.

Event was very color as it was also mix with the Eyo festival on same day and location.
Governor Akinwunmi Ambode is trying really hard to make Lagos a center of entertainment for
tourist.

"The Eyo Festival is ongoing at Tafawa Balewa square, Lagos. This year’s festival has been organised to achieve two purposes." The Governor wrote on his twitter page while the colorful event was going on.
