2days ago (March 26th), Lamide became a year older and here's what Banky W wrote:

"Every guy needs a friend like @lamide_lagos.
Olams is the kind of friend that sticks closer than a brother. He is genuinely one of the most caring friends I have.. and he's proved that time and again in the simplest of circumstances. For example, all through my tough surgery/recovery phase last year, while most people checked on and prayed with me (and I'm SO grateful), Olams would be the first one who remembered to check on my wife as well, to make sure she was coping okay and handling the news well. And even during the wedding, right when the dancing and spraying began, Olams realized that there was noone picking up money for me, and immediately got down on the floor, his brand new agbada being trampled upon by guests, and stayed down there by my side for HOURS making sure he helped me gather as much as he could. He actually spent most of my trad wedding sprawled out on the floor gathering for me as his clothes got dirty.. but he didn't care, and didn't stop all night. He may not have been the best man that night, but he's every bit the BEST kind of man... the kind that always puts needs of others before himself. There aren't many people left in the world that are as genuinely kind, caring and reliable as Olams. He's also lowkey one of the funniest people I know... Every guy needs a friend like @lamide_lagos.
