Jamaica hit the Mexican machinery at the Gold Cup. Though it was a team B that came out to play the Jamaican hungry team. The Jamaican team coach 'El Tri' who took advantage of the second half  after the Mexican Ateam was called up for resting following World Cup qualifiers and the Confederations Cup.

Jamaica will play for
its first Gold Cup title.
The victory came through a free kick strike by KEMAR LAWRENCE who fired the kick that led Mexico out of the Gold Cup and put Jamaica ahead.
