Report staeted that 'Celine Dookhran was kidnapped, raped and murdered for dating Arab Muslim by her 33years old boyfriend for dating an Arab Man'.
The body of Celine Dookhran, 19, was found inside a £1.5million home after a woman in her 20s alerted police from
hospital.
