Cardi B's Boyfriend 'Offset' Tattooed Her Name On His Neck: Offset has reportedly gotten Cardi B's name tattooed on his neck, as shown in an Instagram video posted by The Shade Room on Saturday. The video shows a close-up of Offset's neck which features a Powerpuff girl tattoo and Cardi B's name written right under it. A set of long, pink nails also appear in the video, which we assume belong to Cardi.

The engaged couple has a history of making grand gestures of love: Offset proposed to Cardi B onstage in front of thousands of people, and we can't forget that huge diamond ring. Honestly, if this is what true love is, I'm all for it.
